Starting at 4PM THIS Thursday, April 10, 2025 all rooms will be available for the 2026 Spring Rod Run at 2025 prices.  
The special rate applies to all room types between Thursday, April 16, 2026 and Saturday, April 18, 2026. 
The system will automatically charge the rack rate for days that overlap the special, and there are to be no additional discounts given.

Best place to stay! Great front desk people. Full free breakfast with just about everything. Beautiful lobby and every employee I passed was friendly. This is my first stay at the Ramsey but won't be my last. I come to Gatlinburg often and this was my best stay ever! Great price and superb value.

Anniversary Trip The room was nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. It was really quiet. We didn’t get to experience the pool but it looked really nice. We were on an anniversary trip so our children didn’t come but they have a family movie night as well. Definitely recommend. We’ll be back. It was very affordable.
