“You can always find something to complain about, well I have to say the hotel was great. The hotel was well decorated for Christmas, the lobby had the fireplace going, everything was spotless. The personnel were very friendly and checked us. The room was nice, the bed was a king and very soft. We ran into a problem with no plugin found for one of our CPAP,s so as we left to go out on the town, I stopped by the front desk to see if we could get a extension cord and explained why. They said they would take care of the problem. When we go back, the CPAP was plugged up from behind the bed. The Breakfast every morning was fresh, hot and good. A special service seen: While in the hot tub on afternoon, a young couple came in with two children. One child got into the heated pool, the other child was in a child type wheelchair and just watched the other play. A employee walking through seen the parents and child sitting there, he came up to them and said something. The parents got up and moved the child to a different seating location. The employee walked off, I was in wonder what was that about? About two minutes later, a movie came on showing “Finding Nemo”. A few more minutes and the employee returns with fresh popped popcorn. Now that’s what I call a staff that cares for their customers. I was well impressed. Now, when you take a few days or few weeks, go to a hotel and enjoy what they have. Look at the good and be happy.”

“This is in a great location. The staff were super fantastic. Kate greeted me with a friendly smile and informed me of everything about the hotel and told me what restaurants would be open Christmas Day. The bed was AWESOME!”

“My church and I visited and we were very pleased! The room service women, Mandy and her other colleague cleaned very well. She left a great note that we appreciated a lot. Lauren and Linda at the front desk were a very very big help when we needed it, it was great. And Paul made very good food for breakfast. His food was so good. This stay was great, you have one of the best staffs I’ve ever seen. We will definitely try to stay here next year!”

It was a full-blown buffet breakfast, and was very tasty.
